Otsego Public Schools teachers and staff use
Fund-A-Need to promote the ideas and needs of their students. Fund-A-Need
provides a place for donors to connect with classroom needs. Individual
donors browse through the proposals and select a proposal they want to fund.
To ensure the accountability of Fund-A-Need, the
Otsego Public Schools Foundation works closely with Otsego Public Schools to
review all proposals. The Foundation provides the fiscal responsibility for
individuals and corporations to give private funds with confidence to the Otsego
Public Schools. Donors receive thank you notes from the classroom and a receipt
from the Foundation for their sponsorship.
Fund-A-Need will be implemented in the Fall of
2010.
